Take a Tour Inside Kendall Jenner’s Expensive Former Los Angeles Villa

There is undoubtedly a gate at Kendall Jenner’s former home, according to a recent listing.

The model, according to TMZ, had barely lived in her Los Angeles house for a year before selling it because of burglaries and stalking at the then-gateless home.

John Krasinski of “The Office,” Jenner of “Keeping Up With the Kardashians,” and most recently marketing tycoon Bill Guthy lived in the 4,800 square foot house, which he listed for $8.5 million.

The house was purchased for roughly $1.6 million in 2009 by “A Quiet Place” stars John Krasinski and Emily Blunt, who have two children together. They constructed a third floor and remodeled the kitchen and pool before selling it to Jenner in July 2016 for $6.5 million, making her the highest-paid model in the world in 2017.

“Kris Jenner never wanted Kendall to buy the home she’s in because it’s not gated and it’s located in an area where a lot of people show up late at night for after-parties following a night on the Strip,” TMZ reported in 2017 about the Marmont Avenue house.

Previously, “The Office” actor John Krasinski, “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” star Kendall Jenner, and most recently, marketing tycoon Bill Guthy, lived in the 4,800-square-foot house.

While Jenner was residing there, a 25-year-old man was detained and accused of following him up her driveway. She had jewels worth $200,000 taken, according to a prior Page Six investigation.

A ceiling-height white-brick fireplace separates the living room with floor-to-ceiling retractable windows, and three steps above lead to the dining room with a two-seat copper bar.

The tour displays a white kitchen with an eight-burner stove, an industrial hood, a light-wood bar, and a sizable window facing the pool, lounge area, and outdoor kitchen on the opposite side of the living room.

The principal bedroom suite boasts floor-to-ceiling windows, a dining space, access to an outdoor terrace, and a bathroom with a stand-alone tub and two rain showers, according to the tour.

The Sunset Strip property also boasts a home theater, a recording studio, and a gym, and the 0.36-acre site includes a two-car garage, citrus trees, and city views from the rooftop deck, according to Realtor.com.

Jenner’s stalker problems have remained, and this spring she was even given a restraining order. She now resides in a more secluded and “serene” Spanish and farmhouse-style house that was formerly Charlie Sheen’s (“Two and a Half Men”) residence. She once had a condo in Los Angeles worth $1.6 million.

The model recently faced criticism for an advertisement for her 818 Tequila tequila business, which some connected to her contentious Pepsi ad from 2017. The NBA star Devin Booker, who just shared her anxiety, was the person Jenner was last rumored to be dating. “Keeping Up With the Kardashians,” her show, is currently in its final season on E!, but the family intends to move to Hulu for a new show, The Post previously reported.
