Camila Cabello has listed her Los Angeles home for sale

Camila Cabello, a Grammy Award-winning singer and songwriter, listed her Mediterranean-style Los Angeles property for $3.95 million on Saturday.

According to PropertyShark records, Ms. Cabello, 24, has owned the four-bedroom home in the Hollywood Hills since 2019, when she purchased it through a trust for close to $3.4 million.

The asking price is just short of $4 million

One of the things that initially intrigued the pop icon to the house, according to listing agent Denise Rosner of Compass, was its privacy. In addition, “the overall romance of the home, from the moment you walked through the adorned wooden doors into the inner courtyard.”

There are tiled fireplaces

The ivy-covered property is characterized in the listing as a “Zen-like living experience,” with distressed hardwood flooring and Spanish tiled fireplaces. The retractable glass walls that enable the indoor/outdoor living that is a characteristic of high-end Californian real estate are Ms. Rosner’s favorite feature.

The 3,570 square foot residence includes a gourmet kitchen with stone counters, Juliet balconies, and a multi-level veranda with a saltwater pool, al fresco dining, several sitting places, and a fire pit.

According to Ms. Rosner, the celebrity constructed a brand-new outdoor BBQ area and new pool equipment during her three years there.

According to Ms. Rosner, her most remarkable contribution to the property was the construction of a high-tech recording studio and vocal booth. “It’s where she recorded her most recent album, ‘Familia,’ which includes the hit song ‘Don’t Go Yet.'”
