According to Mansion Global, famed music producer Louis Bell has offered his Los Angeles property for little more than $3 million.
The 3,782-square-foot Hollywood Hills home boasts canyon vistas, plenty of outdoor space, and a music studio where Mr. Bell has been working for the past few years.
In an email, Mr. Bell stated, “I enjoyed the tranquility of the balcony in the evenings after a long day at the studio.” The sounds of nature and the scenery of the canyon gave me the impression that I had truly left Los Angeles.
The residence is presently owned by Grammy-winning music producer Louis Bell, who has collaborated with Post Malone, Taylor Swift, and Justin Bieber
The most recent No. 1 record Mr. Bell, 39, was responsible for was Justin Bieber’s “Peaches.” He has also worked with musicians like Post Malone, Halsey, and Justin Bieber. He has received 12 Grammy nominations, and in 2020, the iHeartRadio Music Awards named him Songwriter of the Year.
