Take a Tour to Diddy’s Toluca Lake mansion in Los Angeles

Sean “Diddy” Combs has quietly sold the San Fernando Valley property where Kim Porter, the mogul’s ex-girlfriend and the mother of four of his six children, lived for many years, almost four years after her unexpected death at age 47. Diddy never lived on the Toluca Lake property he bought in 2009 for $5,3 million, and it was transferred earlier this year.

Charles D. King, Macro’s founder and CEO, has taken over as the new owner. He is a WME talent agent-turned-producer who made history as a member of Hollywood’s first all-black producing team for the Oscar-nominated picture “Judas and the Black Messiah.” He and his wife Stacey spent $6.5 million for the East Coast traditional-style mansion, which was originally advertised for $7 million.

On a prestigious street where almost everyone is well-known, the property is carefully hidden behind walls and gates. Sia, Viola Davis, Steve Carell, and Billy Ray Cyrus all live close by. The home of “Once Upon a Time” star Jennifer Morrison is across the street from the location, while Nats Getty and his transgender YouTuber wife Gigi Gorgeous’s mansion is right next door. The Toluca Lake property that Kiefer Sutherland recently acquired is also close by, as are Macaulay Culkin and Brenda Song.

The wood-sided house, built in 2006, has six bedrooms and seven bathrooms spread across roughly 10,000 square feet on two stories. Inside the front door is a double-height entry foyer with a checkerboard marble floor and a curved staircase capped with a crystal chandelier. The main floor has a screening room in addition to a large living room with a fireplace and a contemporary kitchen with a center island and high-end appliances.

A large pool and spa with a Baja deck, a shaded terrace ideal for al fresco dining and entertaining, and a sports court are all located on the meticulously maintained grounds that are dotted with mature sycamore trees. The master retreat is located upstairs and includes a fireplace, private balcony, and spa-inspired bathroom with a soaking tub. A large driveway and a three-car garage are also present.

Diddy also has a $39 million estate in Holmby Hills and a two-house compound on Miami’s renowned Star Island, in addition to the property he recently sold. The Kings couple sold their former Studio City home for $3,300,000 in 2020.

Rapper Diddy’s Toluca Lake home target of ‘swatting’ hoax call

THE LOS ANGELES – Another in what appears to be a series of “swatting” calls about fictitious incidents at the homes of celebrities was made today, and the hoax sent police to a posh Toluca Lake area.

Following a complaint of a “assault in progress,” police were called to the 10300 block of Woodbridge Street just before 11 a.m., according to Los Angeles Police Department spokesperson Richard French.

Officers soon ascertained that everything was in order after checking, according to French.

According to the celebrity news site TMZ.com, the house belonged to the actor Steve Carell, however according to NBC4, the rapper Diddy was actually connected to the house.

Miley Cyrus, Justin Bieber, and Ashton Kutcher are some more celebrities who have received swatting calls.

Numerous fake calls regarding the residences of celebrities have been made recently. These calls are characterized as “swatting” because they prompt a large-scale police reaction, occasionally involving a SWAT squad.
