Step inside Kanye West’s $4.5M mansion, which is directly across the street from Kim Kardashian’s

The Post has confirmed that two months after Kim Kardashian entirely transferred ownership of the marital home into her name, Kanye West bought a one-story home across the street.

And he apparently desired the modest five-bedroom, four-bathhouse so much that he paid $4.5 million – $421,000 more than the asking price.

According to the ad, the five-bedroom, four-bathroom Hidden Hills property went on the market for the first time in 67 years on December 1 for $4.079 million.

West, 44, closed on the home on December 20 through the LLC Spruce Blue Trust, according to public documents.

Although the “Donda” singer has stated a desire to “get his family back together,” a source told The Post that the house purchase was mostly for the children of the former wife.

“It’s just simple logistics so he’s close to his children and has access to them at any time,” the insider explained.

The house will probably need some upgrades, though, as it doesn’t seem to be anything like what the Kardashian-West family is used to.

Among the features are a fireplace in the family room and sliding doors that look out onto the pool and horse corral. According to the listing, the home also has a two-car attached garage with a guest unit that goes to the three-stall barn through a path. The barn has a tack room, hay storage, and a huge horse paddock.

The home has been properly maintained by the same owners since it was built in 1955.

The front yard was recently rebuilt with drought-resistant AstroTurf, and the existing kitchen was remodeled in 2005, including an island.

One of West’s favorite Wyoming ranches was most recently advertised for $11 million. The ranch remains up for grabs. In September, West also spent $57.3 million on an opulent contemporary Malibu house. Tomer Fridman of Compass represented the buyer, and Melissa and Jason Improta of Compass held the listing. The story was initially reported by The Dirt.
