DJ Khaled must be “on one,” as he recently sold his spacious estate in Los Angeles for $12.5 million, which is around $2.6 million more than what he bought for it in 2016.
According to Dirt, the Grammy Award-winning singer and producer sold the Beverly Hills property to David Amron, a Beverly Hills plastic surgeon, and his wife Jessica. There are six bedrooms and eight bathrooms in the residence.

Khaled, now 45, paid $9.9 million for the 10,681-square-foot mansion from British musician Robbie Williams five years ago.
The home, which is fashioned in the form of a French chateau, is located in Beverly Hills’ private community of Mulholland Estates. Paris Hilton, Christina Aguilera, and Kendall Jenner are also residents of this enclave.
The magnificent estate was built in 1992 and is hidden behind well-kept hedges and a wrought-iron gate, according to photos.
