DJ Khaled’s California mansion was sold for $12.5 million

DJ Khaled must be “on one,” as he recently sold his spacious estate in Los Angeles for $12.5 million, which is around $2.6 million more than what he bought for it in 2016.

According to Dirt, the Grammy Award-winning singer and producer sold the Beverly Hills property to David Amron, a Beverly Hills plastic surgeon, and his wife Jessica. There are six bedrooms and eight bathrooms in the residence.

Khaled, now 45, paid $9.9 million for the 10,681-square-foot mansion from British musician Robbie Williams five years ago.

The home, which is fashioned in the form of a French chateau, is located in Beverly Hills’ private community of Mulholland Estates. Paris Hilton, Christina Aguilera, and Kendall Jenner are also residents of this enclave.

The magnificent estate was built in 1992 and is hidden behind well-kept hedges and a wrought-iron gate, according to photos.

It opens to a spacious foyer with a glass dome at the top and a curved staircase that extends across two storeys.

The bulk of the rooms have a conventional design and are painted white or cream, and some of them have floor to ceiling windows or glass doors that open onto the backyard.

A recording studio, a gym, a waterfall-featured pool, and an outdoor dining area with a kitchen, a television, and a fireplace are also available.

It had previously been owned by country singer Clint Black, who parted ways with it and sold it to Williams in 2002 for approximately $5 million. Khaled was the third musician to own the house.

Although it has a reputation for being one of the safest neighborhoods in Los Angeles, it made headlines in 2009 when thieves stole jewelry worth $2 million from Paris Hilton’s mansion that was located in the neighborhood.
